Bobbie Blakely
Bobbie Blakely has been teaching at RCC since the Spring of 2004. She received her Master of Fine Arts degree in 1984 from the University Of Washington, Seattle. Studying under Mary Lee Hu and John Marshall.
Bobbie has been designing and creating jewelry and three dimensional forms for the past 30 years. Her desire is to equip her students to transform their ideas into metal.
The Jewelry and Metalsmithing classes introduce students to tools and techniques used in working with nonferrous metals. The skills that the students acquire are valuable in creating three dimensional forms and is not limited to the creation of jewelry.
